Do Schoomaker and Cody understand the implications of failure?  Can the Army culture envision a future where the Leftists in the USA use the mantra of Vietnam and Iraq to again create a post World War One regular army of 55,000 to 75,000 troops?  It happened in the pastand it can happen again.  The Observer Journal is not certain the four star generals in the Army can envision a USA with a strongly Leftist American President, Leftist Senate and Leftist Congress.  Is the Army culture incapable of envisioning a future similar to post World War One?  Do the hundreds of thousands of mid-level DOD employees understand this is it?  Win or look for a new job in the much smaller "lawfare" office?
