In front of a jury of six military officers, a lenient sentence and justice is done. Time to move on. However, the Observer is awaiting the tidal wave of worldwide apologies by the far-left. Yet another far-left claim is shot down. The US military was NOT setting up a kangaroo court. The far-left is daily being PROVEN W-R-O-N-G on Iraq and now the far-left is PROVEN wrong on military commissions.
