Local NBC station video on YouTube – "Rolling BLACK OUTS yesterday in Texas." Electricity cut on purpose. Average Chinese in China can have cheap and abundant electricity but NOT average Americans.

Thank you elected Democrats.  Smooth move Obama, Pelosi and Reid for STOPPING power plant construction licenses in 2007, 2008 and 2009.  ‘Green Jobs’ don’t exist and now the electrical power is being cut because the old power plants are overloaded.  Way to go elected Democrats!!!

Average working class American democrats need to wake up... The Clintons are gone.  It's a new generation of far-left, 'progressives' running the democrat party, not the pro-growth Clintons and average American democrats are in for much more expensive electricity or no electricity.

Every hard working middle-class, Liberal should ask the MORONS running the democrat party why the middle-class in China can have abundant and cheap electricity but average Americans can’t.  Does the far-Left have a border-line idiotic level of understanding about all things economic?  Why should people in India and China get cheap and abundant electricity while people in America not only don’t get the cheapest electricity in the world but also have to pay some loony tax on top of the highest kilowatt rate in the world?

Observer bottom-line:

  • Middle-class Americans deserve the lowest cost per kilowatt electricity in the world
  • Middle-class Americans deserve the lowest cost per joule mile driven in the world
  • Middle-class Americans deserve the lowest cost per joule mile flown in the world
  • Middle-class Americans deserve the lowest cost per million gallons of fresh water delivered in the world
  • Middle-class Americans deserve the lowest cost per hydrocarbon ton delivered for industrial use in the world

The Observer offers several insights.  Quoting Friedman verbatim, “Why not throw all our energy  into innovating a whole new industry of clean power with the mantra “invent,  baby, invent?”  Let the Observer translate “throw all our energy” far-left dogma and into English: “throw all our energy” = “throw all our tax dollars”

Let’s think about Biden’s quote:

  • Lowest cost: COAL (by far)
  • Second lowest cost: NATURAL GAS
  • Third lowest cost: OIL
  • Fourth lowest cost: NUCLEAR (which could replace coal as the lowest cost if we followed the French or Japanese models)

According to The American Thinker:

“How was it that Texas suffered an extended period of rolling blackouts at a time when there's a glut of coal and natural gas waiting to be used?  It seems that a great deal of natural gas got "stuck in the pipes" because there was not enough electricity to operate the pumps to move it along. And there was not enough electricity to operate the pumps because environmentalists had seen to it that plans for new coal-powered generating plants had been shuttered back in 2007. So without the coal, there was no electricity, and without the electricity, there was no natural gas. And since much of the natural gas was intended to supply electrical power generating plants, there was even less electricity to supply the pumps.”
