"All progressive doctine is, incidentally, built on hunger, on the thesis that hungry people will inevitably revolt against the well-fed." - Alexander Solzhenitsyn
The American progressive movement is built on the argument that the hunger of just one American woman or child justifies big government assuming total, supreme power over all productive Americans. In 2011, America is literally submerged under an ocean of human fat. The U.S.A. is being consumed by an obesity epidemic. Obesity is everywhere in America. Yet, the progressive argument is that social security cannot be reduced, under any circumstance, because social security is the highest good to emerge from the New Deal. Every Leftist claims the New Deal ended hunger in America. Democrat party power is based on the utopian illusion of social security protecting everyone, not just the little people on the bottom. In truth, the democrat party wants the maximum number of Americans impotent and dependent on government-run charity. Far-left activists have a hidden agenda to 'wake up' average Americans to socialist realism, making average Americans more fat, militant, ignorant and destructive.

Far-left activism is organizing people around the clear alternative to free market capitalism, specifically socialism taking power. Progressivism is about sacrificing for a false, utopian 'greater good' and willingness to break everything on earth to achieve absolute socialist power. Within American progressive doctrine, social security is the highest good. For progressives, government-run social security is the greatest achievement of socialism in America.
John Lewis said: ”We march today for jobs and freedom, but we have nothing to be proud of, for hundreds and thousands of our brothers are not here--for they have no money for their transportation, for they are receiving starvation wages…or no wages at all. In good conscience, we cannot support the administration's civil rights bill. This bill will not protect young children and old women from police dogs and fire hoses when engaging in peaceful demonstrations. This bill will not protect the citizens of Danville, Virginia who must live in constant fear in a police state. This bill will not protect the hundreds of people who have been arrested on trumped-up charges like those in Americus, Georgia, where four young men are in jail, facing a death penalty, for engaging in peaceful protest. I want to know, which side is the federal government on? The revolution is a serious one. Mr. Kennedy is trying to take the revolution out of the streets and put it in the courts. Listen Mr. Kennedy, the black masses are on the march for jobs and for freedom, and we must say to the politicians that there won't be a 'cooling-off period.'”
The democrat party does not want to be challenged while socialism is constructed.
