Kelo Case Connecticut Supreme Court Justice Richard N. Palmer just said: "I'm sorry." The Observer is NOT joking. This is not a parody. The Kelo case is infamous. Progressives used government power to take private property, giving it to a developer

In the Kelo case, progressives used government power to take private property, giving a lady's private home to a commercial strip-mall developer who went bankrupt. Connecticut Supreme Court Justice Richard N. Palmer said: "Had I known all of what you just told us, I would have voted differently." Then Justice Palmer turned to Susette Kelo, took her hand and offered a heartfelt apology. Tears trickled down her red cheeks. It was the first time in the 12-year saga that anyone had uttered the words "I'm sorry."
