Interviewed on NBC's "Today" show from Iraq, Biden was not far from the reopened and very popular Al Zaworaa Gardens in Baghdad which is the new home to the second largest ferris wheel in the Middle East.  Biden was asked about the impact of the U.S. combat troop withdrawal and Biden said, "This is no rush."  According to Biden, the USA is strolling out of Iraq, driving past the second largest [pictures below] ferris wheel in the Middle East, with zero soldiers killed in August but the US military did not win anything?  Hummm?  The Obama administration has been in charge of Iraq for three years.  Yet three years was not enough time for Obama or Biden to learn anything about the successes and victories of the Iraqi democrats in Iraq?  Really?  And these fools want to be reelected?  According to the AP:  "We're not claiming victory," Biden said. "What we're claiming here is we've done our job the administration said it would do. To end a war we did not start, to end it in a responsible way ... and to leave in place the prospect of a trained military, a trained security force under democratic institutions where the disparate parties for the first time are actually working together."
