Obama is using illegal recess appointments to impose his will on America via the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.  Uber Leftist, Richard Cordray is to be the first Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau bypassing the Senate.  Ohio voters fired Cordray who is corrupt and in the pocket of democrat securities class-action trial lawyers promoting crony capitalism.  Despite the fact that the Senate has been conducting pro forma sessions for the precise purpose of preventing Obama from launching the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Obama bypassed the Senate launching the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau which now has the power to literally intervene in any part of the private economy for any reason.   Obama is so corrupt the minute Cordray is sworn in, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau transfers from under the Treasury Department to the Federal Reserve Bank for administrative purposes.  But the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau will effectively have free rein and an unlimited budget based on tolls and fees the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau sets and collects, bypassing the IRS and Congress.  Even worse, the Fed only has illusory control of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau because basically this new Obama czar cannot be removed by a change in the White House or Chairmanship of the Fed because... wait for it... the Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau has a five year term and his tenure is protected, expressly not under the control of the President.  This is not a joke.  You are not in a bad dream.  The OJ can say with certainty that Stalin is smiling, proud of Obama.  Even democrats in the Senate are alarmed.  The Senate has been “gaveling in” briefly every three days, calling the Senate to order, and gaveling back out without conducting any business.   The procedure was heavily and successfully used by Senate DEMOCRATS to stop President George W.
