While Obama and the progressives are focused on dumping more taxpayer money into the recalled Chevy Volt and stupid electric cars, the Chinese are focused on buying up American shale gas and shipping American natural gas and American jobs to China. Obama is a fool. Liquified natural gas from shale should be a transportation fuel in America, keeping shale gas transportation jobs here in America. Economically in 2012, imagine if Obama's 2009, trillion dollar, failed stimulus had been invested in building out liquid natural gas as a transportation fuel in North America? Just imagine no longer importing oil from Saudi Arabia to make diesel fuel, keeping an extra $300 billion per year and millions of jobs here in North America? Obama says no! Obama is a dolt, a nice guy, but definitely an idiot. According to Bloomberg: Surging prices for oil and gas shales, in at least one case rising 10-fold in five weeks, are raising concern of a bubble as valuations of drilling acreage approach the peak set before the collapse of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. Chinese, French and Japanese energy explorers committed more than $8 billion in the past two weeks to shale-rock formations from Pennsylvania to Texas.
